On weekdays, you can expect a Support response for technical issues within 48 hours. On weekends, please allow 72 hours.
If you haven't heard back from us within that timeframe, please:

2. Check the status of your ticket! You will need the e-mail you submitted the ticket from and the ticket number.
If you still can't find our response, please check in with us by replying to your old ticket. You can do this when checking the status of your ticket. Thanks!
