I found a bug or can't play your game. What should I do?

There are three avenues you can get support from us. 

First, please check our Knowledgebase (you're looking at it!) for commonly answered questions. 
 
If that doesn't answer your question, please input a ticket into our support system. Our ticketing system is handled by 100% real Behemoth employees. Please allow 48 (weekdays)  to 72 (weekends) hours for a response. 
 
Can't wait that long? You're welcome to crowdsource your issue on our forums. Please note that questions on the technical issues forums are public, and generally answered by fans rather than our staff.
