Thanks for purchasing our game on Steam! If you're having online matchmaking issues, here are some initial troubleshooting solutions for you!
I can’t join a friends match or connect to any matches:
If you are having trouble joining a friend's match through Quick Match Find Payers Match try and use Join codes. The host of the game will have to give you a join code on their end and all you need to do is input the code into the new join code section in Online Play.
Check Your Ports:
Use this if you're having trouble hosting, creating or connecting to games.
We use Steam's matchmaking system to create Peer to Peer games. Your network must be properly configured for Steam online services which you can find here.
Submit a Support Ticket:
If none of these methods work, please open up a Support Ticket with The Behemoth, and we'll do our best to help you out!
